Facial treatments and lash and brow treatments can only be booked via the online booking system.

Monthly ZENNERGY group sessions can be booked via the Hipsy link.

Coaching journeys, private group sessions, corporate bookings, bachelor or bachelorette sessions are arranged via personal contact.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

To protect the health and well-being of everyone, I work with a strict health policy.

I do NOT treat clients who are unwell. This includes mild or early symptoms such as colds, sore throat, coughing, fever, herpes, scabies, or any other contagious condition, as well as a general feeling of not being well.

Even symptoms that may seem minor can still pose a risk within a close-contact setting. To ensure a safe environment for everyone and the continuity of my practice, I kindly ask you to contact me in advance if you are unsure whether you are fit to attend your appointment.

For ZENNERGY sessions, participation is not possible during pregnancy, or for clients with a history of psychosis, epilepsy, or sound-induced seizures. If you have any doubts about suitability, you are always welcome to reach out before booking.

Safety, clarity and responsibility always come first.

!! Illness can have a big impact on small businesses, causing cancellations and lost income. !!

Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance are free of charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Last-minute cancellations are costly, as time, preparation and, in the case of group sessions, venue rental are reserved specifically for your booking.

Tickets for ZENNERGY group sessions are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a group session, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please inform me in advance if you do so, as a short intake is always required for the new participant.

Group sessions require preparation, including curated playlists, visualisations and the rental of an external space. For this reason, last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.

Every treatment and session at Zenn in the City is tailor-made.

Each facial treatment is adapted to your skin at that specific moment. Because the skin is constantly changing, results may vary per session. Please always be careful with the sun after a facial treatment. Zenn in the City is not responsible for any skin damage resulting from failure to follow the aftercare instructions.

Each ZENNERGY session is different and may be experienced in different ways each time. Your experience can be influenced by factors such as music selection, visualisation, personal triggers, stress levels, emotional state and overall well-being. A great deal of time and care goes into preparing playlists and guidance for each session.

Zenn in the City cannot guarantee specific results and is not responsible for outcomes influenced by factors beyond professional control.

Zenn in the City is a space built on trust, respect and presence. Any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours prior to the appointment time, a fee of €50 will be charged to cover the reserved time.

In case of a no-show (not attending the appointment without notice), 75% of the treatment price will be charged if you wish to book a new appointment. Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.
