Zenn in the City didn't start with products or treatments. It started with curiosity.
Curiosity about why skin reacts the way it does, why acne appears in specific areas of the face, and why some skins — including my own — didn't respond to standard treatments.
Why simply applying creams is often not enough.
My real turning point came when I started looking beyond the surface and began asking what was happening on the inside.
Because my own skin didn't respond to standard treatments, I became my own perfect experiment.
That shift changed everything.
From Surface-Level Care to Real Depth
I began to look at skin as part of a bigger system. Not separate from the body, but deeply connected to it.
I immersed myself in holistic approaches and techniques from different cultures, including Asia, Mexico, and South Africa, where skin health is viewed as a reflection of internal balance rather than something to simply correct from the outside.
That's when I knew this work is not about quick results. It's about depth, understanding, dedication, and consistency.
